  • 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • ½ cup brown sugar, packed
  • ¾ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  •  1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract powder
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  •  1½ cups semisweet chocolate chips

Bulk Size (5 Bags)

  • 6 cups granulated sugar
  • 2 cups brown sugar, packed
  • 3 cups unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 4 tsp salt
  • 4 tsp vanilla extract powder
  • 4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 6 cups semi sweet chips

        

Mix all ingredients and scoop into bags. Make sure to open the bottom of the bags so all of the dry ingredients fill the bag. Zip lock closed, label and seal. 


Directions for the customer: 

Makes 6-9 Brownies:

Preheat oven to 350F degrees. 

Add the contents of the bag to a mixing bowl. 

Melt 1 cup (2 sticks) of butter and add to the dry mix in the mixing bowl.  

Mix in 3 eggs, one at a time. 

Add 1.5 tablespoons of water. 

Pour the brownie batter into a parchment-lined or greased 8x8 square metal (or glass) pan and bake at 350 °F for 35-40 minutes. I like to bake mine for 40 minutes. 


Note: 

Metal 8x8 baking pan – bake 35 to 40 minutes. 

Glass 8x8 baking pan, bake 5 to 10 minutes longer.
